My Adventures of getting a GReddy Turbo VIDS PICS DYNO pg8
#86
oh ok. you had me wondering for a second...lol. my manifold has a leak i can't get rid of. i've already had it milled down, paper gasket, metal gasket, paper gasket with rtv sealer. i just can't get rid of it. i'm going to make an appointment for a shop to look at it and hopefully get rid of it. i can't get it tuned until i do.
while its at the shop getting fixed i want to get a full exhaust put on at the same time. then i can get it dyno tuned.

I got the gasket cuz I did my header install and that is like the most major thing I've done myself and I wanted to make sure I didn't F it up. It also looks like it's getting a little rust on it.
BTW, the phoots look good. The weld on the BOV is nice.
Oh yeah, anyone want to buy my turbo and parts? I see ZPI has the stage one for $5K installed and tuned. That's the one I wanted from the start but the wait was too long, now they are caught up it'd be nice to have. Oh well.

Hey eveyone just so everyone knows im back up and running with my greddy kit and its been slighly tuned and running great for 6k miles of daily abuse. I put down 239whp and alot of tq at 3500rpms tuned by perry at Ripp Mods in Staten Island NY. as for kills so far a s2000 (friend of mine we raced multiple times) and a SRT-4. The car runs great feels just like stock with one exception i suggest anyone who boosts there
TC pick up a Ingalls Engine dampner because our engines move way to much for my taste and some susspension is also pretty needed the car feels sloppy with this much power.

Just a little update and a little venting.
I'm still waiting on my gauge pod from creative compacts and now they won't return my emails. It's now been one month and three days since I ordered. I'm also waiting on my greddy pressure sensor.
BTW, zer0, I feel you pain and that sucks.
