Don't you think that downpipe is 2 close to the water pump tube and A/C Line?

The Downpipe will generate heat over 1000 degree, your A/C will not run as hot and the engine wouldn't be as cool. I could be wrong but for my Custom turbo kit, the water pump tube and A/C Line had to be modified to be moved further away from the downpipe.

 

if you were able too see it from a different angle it has almost 3in clearance
