so much for bolt on and go...
that truly does sucketh.

u have an exhaust, that will add A lot now..

other than that, maybe ditch the chip and get a GOOD tune.

What are you talking about. There are people bolting the kit on and making upwards of 280 HP with nothing else done to the car. There is definitely something not right with this car but that doesn't mean its a system wide issue. This will get worked out just like any other issue with another kit. And hopefully he knows I'm here to make it right and will bring all the resources from Turbonetics to bear to resolve his issue.

no codes at all. no CEL.
Very interesting. I'm anxious to see the graph. What octane fuel was used? Any octane booster or 100 octane added? What plugs are being run and gapped to what? Any other mods on the car?

You've got a MASSIVE drop in power after 4500. Do you have a larger version of the chart with AFR curve as well?

91 octane. Running the NGK iridiums gapped at about .28. No other mods except TRD exhaust which shouldt affect the numbers.

I'm with Peteyd. Sounds like you need a tune.

Why are people dynoing in 3rd gear? I thought we where suppose to dyno in 4th gear. I don't understand this is the second one done in 3rd.

That plug gap is a bit small. Can you email me all the charts including the AFR curve...

it was originally gapped at about .44-.40 and the guys thought something was up with the numbers so they gapped it to .24-.28 to see if it would affect it or not. Didnt make a difference. I didnt get a printout of the afr chart because their printer wasnt able to hook up to their laptop that was reading the AFR.

I need more HP miaplaya. Help me out man, reggie wont be in til monday...

Well theres a couple things we could do...without the AFR chart its not going to be easy though. I need to see the fuel curve to determine whats going on. If possible would you conisder removing the exhaust and running the dyno again just for reference? Another possiblity is to disconnect the primary O2 sensor and run the dyno again. Is the O2 extender on the secondary O2 sensor? (it should be)

The o2 extender is on the second sensor. Man, trying to get a dyno was hard enough. What would happened if I remove the primary o2 sensor, how would it affect the numbers? I can try to remove the exhaust and run it again but I'll have to schedule a dyno run again.

if your a/f ratio went to 10 to 1 you should have thrown a cel!. that sets your car in rich mode. my car right now throws cel's when i hit wot and my af hits 10psi and all its throwing is super rich mode.

Well since the primary O2 sensor is a wideband the ECU constantly runs in open loop. If you remove the primary O2 from the car the ECu goes to a static map. Just a thought. The MAF is installed correctly? BOV port in UPPER most port now? I'm just trying to cover everything.

yeah make sure your maf is installed perfectly straight. i ran into that problem with mine (though my emanage threw a code my engine did not). i had my cocked to the side a little and it threw my tune way off

everything is installed correctly, I have experience with that. The car has been running perectly fine but the numbers dissapointed me. I was hoping for the 240ish range...

at 8psi with stock exhaust you should be around 210 ish until you get it retuned. once you get to a unichip tuner they can tune you for 230ish at 8 psi, bump up the pressure and you will be good to go with a new tune.

Turbonetics add's state that they got 244 whp on a stock car. So there must be a reason behind this other then just a tune. Plus there are so many other turbonetics cars that are putting down really high numbers on the stock tune.
