There are also a lot of turbonetics kits that have problems, but i'd really like to know whats going on with this kit.
If you had the air/fuel chart it would probably be easier to find out. But why 3rd gear? i thought you were supposed to do it in 4th?

it should be around 240ish stock exhaust at 8psi. Stated on their site as well.
im sorry but your not pulling 240 on stock exhaust at 8 psi it just wont happen. with their tune , you should be in the 210 range, with a tune on the unichip at 8psi i can see 230, bump the psi up and your in business. if im not mistaken the pipes on the turbonetics kit are fairly small, and the unichip is very restrictive on the tune.

alot of dyno tuners use third gear to tune. when i attempted to have my car tuned locally, they used 3rd gear, and pulled 248whp out, but when we attempted the same tune at zpi just to see the results, it pulled considerably lower. not entirely sure why they used 3rd locally, maybe lack of knowledge? who knows. but its not uncommon

tell you what, ill make a website and state my turbo kit adds 200 hp and you will buy it? dont believe everything you read. keep in mind, when they say the amount of hp they can do, its probably not how your gonna get the kit. keep in mind they designed that kit, and have the ability to tweak and peak their kit. also a kit from their factory isnt always the kit you get. just an example with zpi

"The ZPIracing Stage 1 kit is truly for the enthusiast at heart. We are proud to offer such an extensive kit. This is the same bolt on kit that we have gone 12.12@114 with." No where does it say this car that ran 12.12 was running 14psi. I understand dezod has numbers and claim to fame photos of their dyno runs, but thats optimal tuning. i find it hard to believe they pulled 240+ on 8psi still though.

If 8 psi wont get you 240 at the wheels then how come ZPI's Stage0 gets that at the wheel with no FMIC?

Well then they have some explaining to do. I'm not bashing ZPI I love these guys. But I dont understand how a few kits dont provide the numbers they use for add's and your saying the kit will never run these numbers.

we will wait for someone with a stage 0 to reply to this. if im not mistaken, and im pretty sure im not, sciondad is running a stage 0 with aftermarket exhaust at 8 psi and he yields a little over 230 whp.. high psi then zpi advertises (6 on the page)

I hear ya....I'm mean my turbo isnt even installed yet. So what do i know right? It's a new motor for turbo setups so we are all learning about it. Im hoping to get better numbers like more like 250whp range. I already have 2.5" header back exhaust.

that sucks! So your at 265 whp at 10 psi on stock exhaust? To bad you cant upgrade! Those numbers would be insane. Why not get some bigger pipes and just do like 2 big resenators and a high flow cat. NO why that would be over the legal limit for dB.
