How did you wire it up, solder, harness, clips? I would presume you have checked your connections. Do you have a Wideband to be able to read the A/F ratio?

AEM Uego Wideband is hooked up, along with Oil Press, and boost.
Emanage is wired via PnP harness,

gotta be no map on the emanage. And even if zpi sends you one, you can't load it without the software.
You should go to a tuner and have zpi send you a copy of the map, or just have the tuner set you up. They should have the software.

Kenny will be back in the shop next week. Just pay a local tuner and be done with it.

my tuner is getting ahold of Dezod since they have done work together before.
hate to say it but i have had better customer service from dezod when dealing with my ZPI kit.

reguardless, i went ZPI because they time and time again out perform and prove they are worth it, but they for sure are lacking somethings lately.

^^Lately, the shop has been closed for Inventory. Not parts inventory....a SHOP wide inventory, as in Everything.

Got the car back. i was at the tuner for awhile and he got the info needed from DEZOD.

went to go check out the tune on the Emanage and there is a Password! ZPI puts random passwords on their tune and was a even more of a hastle to get ahold of Sean or Kenny to figure out that they themselves dont know what it is.

so a new map had to be emailed to the Tuner.
why bother tuning it if the customer has to erase yours and start from scratch?!

its supposedly a SAFE tune. but my car was running 15.1 AFR @ 10psi...last i checked..thats dangerously high.

after screwing with it for an hour we got it to run about mid 11's down to 10.1 AFR at about 8PSI.

so here is the custom pipe that was made to fit better than ZPIs "creative" Uturn Pipe that ran ever so close to the Downpipe. HotSide of the turbo and between the radiator fans.
here is the before...the way ZPI has the piping.

and they way WE made it!

This is WAY smarter way to route the piping and i dont blame anyone for now changing their piping to fit more like this.

isnt that anoying. same thing happened to me. btw you should pull those afr's up to about 11.5-12.0 when you get a chance. its still safe and you will make more power. and no matter what your afr, make sure your tunner pulls a few degrees of timing from stock.

yea im waiting for my package from ZPI with the Air filter before i go cutting....ordered it like over a week now....i guess they were counting it in the inventory! now OVER NIGHT IT!

the AFR is very high at LOW boost. like between 14 and 15.5. then as i get into high boost it gets to 11s.

next week it will be put on Dyno and full tuned...once i HACK the ZPI super secret password they so brilliantly put in place.

it would be nice NOT to have a Pword so that we can start from a Base tune. starting from scratch Sucks and will cost more money to tune.

ZPI...please do me 2 things
1. Stop this random password BS, its a base tune for cryin out loud. Not some 9sec tune that you are trying to keep a secret.
2. re-think your piping 2-3 times before you say "OK. lets mass produce!"

otherwise, not a bad kit. you just need to shape up alittle.
dont get me wrong, i still enjoy the hell outta my ZPI turbo, but it could be better.
