Default New Boosting Clutch Options from ACT!

Well, we have worked with CC for quite sometime to offer a VERY competitive edge in drivetrain options for boosted 2AZs. Now ACT has taken some of this to a whole new level! ACT now offers 15 different clutch configurations for the 2AZFE! They now offer 3 different full faced clutches that harness tons of power!!!

Their entry level clutch (TY4-HDMM) is a full faced disc, offers a 32% more clamp load over stock and offers TQ capacity of 390 ft/lbs out of a full faced disc! So for those who do not want to rock the pucks on the street, it is not required.

Their next step up on a full faced disc (TY4-XTMM) offers a 70% more clamp load increase over stock and offers a whopping 504 ft/lbs of capacity! This is what would normally be a Stage 5 from CC! Once again, BIG power does not require a puck style!

They also have the what we call the murderer! (TY4-XXMM) offers a 87% more clamp load increase over stock and offers a whopping 553 ft/lbs of capacity! OMG!

Kudos to ACT for stepping their game up!

its initially easy to push down, but once the engagement point comes the clutch gets quite heavy and wants to pop right back at you....aggressive but hella fun.

Do you think you think there will ever be an ACT flywheel for our cars?

I havnt come across any for our car only CC flywheels......will a CC flywheel bolt up and run w/o an issue w/ an ACT Clutch?

There is no way that they won't affect your thrust clearance. It's pushing against the flywheel nearly twice as hard.
