The car sounds healthy.
No balance shafts there. It also has a Fidanza flywheel and NST pulleys!

No plans for that right now. We already have serious traction problems as it is!!

so wait, there is a problem with the 2az and oil? what was hte problem? i don't remember anything of such.
Not really! I experienced two separate problems that where oil related and started the thread but it turns out the problems were caused by some bad luck mixed with some mistakes from our part!

Are you running drive by wire still? Where did you get the 82.5MM TB from?

No DBW now as we are using a Infinity Q45 82.5mm TB (it is usually refered as a 90mm).

I like how 8200 rpm sounds. RPM is basically off the scale...lol Clean setup bro!

Are you still having issues with the car dying after the cable TB? We noticed while datalogging mine on the dyno the OEM ECU was closing the TB to lower the RPM's and the car would die.

The idle problem is still there with the cable TB. The OEM ECU is not closing the TB to lower the rpm's. It does that because the cam and crank sensors are only connected to the AEM and not to the OEM ECU. The engine is idling only from the IAC valve!
