trust me , it isnt anything special . I had the turbo from my truck when I upgraded to a gt3071r and got the WG and BOV for free I made the pipes and manifold , so all said and done I spent around 150 dollars and 100 of it was the turbo timer . I am gonna install my water injection this weekend which was 200 dollars . my girlfriend said WOW its like it slings me like a slingshot . hahaha

thanks for the help Eric-tc
I started on it friday and finished saturday , I had the manifold welded and machined . I just had to fit the collector cut the hole and weld it on the manifold . everything else was done saturday .
I am running 3psi rightnow , I need to weld my wideband bung in this weekend . I havent dynoed it and prolly never will , I will go to the drag strip and see what it will run tho .
I actually live in pearl river La. but work in N.O. and it will give peeps better idea where im located .

i was curious how did you get the pipe for the recirculator to fit did you just cut a hole on the compressor side pipe and used JD weld and stick a pipe on that end and then you had a recirculator opening ahaha!! is that how you did it...thats wat i m going to do cause i cant find any one that welds aluminium

looks pretty good for a custom kit....welds look a little iffy though, and im not sure but it looks like the upper charge pipe is rubbing agaist your hood =/
what is the clamp on your dump for ur wastegate? is that a little v-band flange holding it?

my inlet pipes are mild steel , so I just welded it , and ill tell u this thing drives exactly like stock . as far as the welds everything is stick welded and ill put money those welds r stronder then any tig or mig weld . I know the WG downpipe welds look kinda crappy , but thats cause its a stainless pipe and I ran out of stainless rods . what is wrong with xs power boxman ? I know its chinese made , but its all replicated off of tial . it holds 3psi with no spike or creep so im happy . oh and the WG DP has a slip fit so it wont be rigid , keeps it from cracking . also the upper pipe is rubbing the felt , I guess its happening when the engine torques . but its no big deal it not metal to metal .

XS power has gained quite a reputation of leaving you high and dry at the worst possible times thats all. Keep an eye on it. I dont bash you for using it I just think there are better options on the market.
