doesnt matter when you are turboed or not, when you drive hard the engine will still make a lot of movement

Ok i guess I am gonna go this route then seeing as its cheaper than an ETD if i can find a buddy to help install and not much more than and ETD if i get it done at a shop for better performance.

Thanks for the insight guys.

I drive hard and i know my engine mounts were ripped even before i got supercharged. The mounts helped handing alot, they make the car feel more stable, take into account that my stock mounts were shot though.

I want to get motor mounts. Just will it cause any damage to the car? Will they need to be replaced more often than the stock mounts?
Did you say install was $100? Seems a little cheap. Hopefully my family shop can do somewhere around that pricing.

^^ they will not damaged your car.. and they are stronger than stock.. 100 though is a very good price, but i doubt they would still offer that 100 install price next time they install one on a tc haha

picked up a 5 gallon can of meth yesterday at murrays speed and custom in boynton beach. cost me $40.46 after tax. the car gets tuned tomorrow for the first time on meth. i'll do my best to keep you all posted on the outcome. however tomorrow is new years eve, so i might be a little busy (aka hammered) and not get right around to posting results.

meth is installed. works just fine. however i never really got a chance to spray it. for some reason the fic seems to be acting up. the power curve goes up till about 4900rpms and then comes back down till about 5700rpm and then starts to go back up again. no matter what changes we made to fuel or timing it wouldn't make a difference. so now i'm really frustrated. if its not one thing its another. i talked to dezod about this, and were looking at a couple possible solutions. i'm gonna try doing the 2.2k ohm resistor trick, and also try loading the original firmware to the fic. i'll keep you guys updated on how everything goes.
