Going back to the Turbo Timer vs. Remote start with timing feature, I think I'm still going with a turbo timer instead. I don't know of any remote start that can...

1)Vehicle speed and RPM can be displayed
2)a speed warning level can be set
3)A 2 stage RPM warning can also be set and used as a shift light
4)When a warning level is reached LCD monitor will switch from blue to red and an audible beep will sound.
5)various measurement tools including 1/4 mile timer
6)0-60 timer
7)a stopwatch function that can be used for lap timing

Which is everything the HKS Type-1 does. I just ordered one today.

People like me.... If not for functionality, then for bragging rights...lol. It would be pretty cool though to set the 1/4 timer, and see exactly how accurate it is when we take it back to the real 1/4 mile track. If it's pretty accurate, then DAMN, I have a race track everywhere I go(yes, I will be sure that the street is empty, if I start to feel a little froggy, and want to get on it a bit).
