Default Nitrous users PLEASE HELP!!....

I have a 75 shot on my tC and i can hardly feel a difference. It seems like a 75 HP kick should pull much more aggressively than it does. Everything seems to be installed properly, but i can't figure out if it's working.

My question to those who have kits is- Do you feel an aggressive kick when it starts spraying? Is there any way for me to verify that it is definately spraying?

if you cant even tell when it's spraying.. it isnt spraying...

is your bottle open?

hold the nozzle in the air and see if you can get it to spray...

You could put it on a dyno.

make sure the wiring is all good... check for a faulty solenoid... umm... make sure the lines arent clogged with something...

theres alot of things that could stop it from spraying... do you have a window switch? we need more details on your setup

Everything is wired into a window / tps switch with gear lock out. Basically all i have to do is hold down the pedal. I can hear the relay clicking on when it's supposed to and i tested everything with a multimeter and it all tested good. To double-triple check that the wiring is good, I tapped into the wire that feeds power to the solenoids and attached a 12volt light. The light DOES work at the appropriate times that it SHOULD be spraying. So it seems that the solenoids must be getting power.

Another note- the nitrous purge solenoid works without any problem. It uses a different power source, but the ground is the same.

For a 75hp shot you'll definitely feel it! It feels good

It was just a stupid mistake on my part. The fuel solenoid has two red wires and the nitrous solenoid has two black wires. Without tracing the wires back to the solenoids I made the mistake of thinking that the red wires were the power wires from each one and the black wires were the grounds from each.

It's all hooked up fine now and wow its fun!

I do have a NEW problem now though. The nitrous solenoid seems like it must not be closing all the way because when i went to change jets I discovered that there is a small leak and nitrous is constantly being pushed through.

Not to sure about it but i think it's a kit that if your bottle pressure exceeds 1600 the valve pops open and releases the pressure through a tube that runs safely outside your car or under your car away from the exhaust.
