you'd probably be better off PMing him instead of waiting for him to see your thread...

that or you could just ask them for 2 or 3 people's phone numbers that have tCs that they worked on... its pretty common to ask for references before having someone work on your house, car, etc

How much are the y charging you ? Also did you call nrg I think they are in baldwin I know they tune alot of Hondas maybe they would have more experience with fi/cs.

actually ive gotten tuned by them about maybe 2 months ago.
a bit on the rich side as it turned out after a while.

there not so bad,...ill be looking for another place though when i go in for a re-tune in the future after more upgrades. probably consider taking the drive to dezod upstate, now that i can safely drive my car. where as before the tune from No Limit, i had no tune.

they have a nice dyno set up tho.
depends who does it, if its a guy with the last name pampena or something, hes not very good at all.

pulled 280HP/260TQ,... double catted. running F/IC from the dezod S1.

they got good numbers tho

im shootin for 275/275, with no hiccups, hesitation, backfiring, stalling, and ill be happy

yes thats what i mean,...i have no sputtering or hiccups, or backfiring or anything like that so im happy for now. but cruising afr's are low. they should be higher than they are, im running low 14's high 13's sometimes. it depends,...cooler / colder days im running better obviously than the gross hot humid weather weve been having.

and yes the numbers were pretty good. i was shooting for 260HP around there as well knowing i was catted, got 280 though and i was damn happy! uncatted they tell be i should be able to get over 300. so well see.

im going to go to a different tuner shop tho next time, im not as happy as i SHOULD be.

yea i know sven - he got a pretty good tune! ill be going there for a re tune eventually if i dont get my quirks out

his tune is richer than my liking, he idles / cruises around 13's, but other than that its running smooth! no stalling sputtering, hiccups, etc.

watch out though they lock your FIC with a pin #

ok just got off the phone with no limit

teh girl was very helpful

she said that they lock it with the pin so you cant go in and change values, because you might harm the car...and they cant be held liable...

she said its for safety for the end user only

but if I sign the waiver they have the wont lock it...

the waiver states they arent responsible for anything that happens after the car is out of the shop, because you have access to the FIC....

lil wierd, but i can sorta see where they are comin from
