Default NST FEELER THREAD: Anyone Need TRD SC IDLER Pulleys?

Hey guys!

We've received a few inquiries from board members looking for replacement bearings for the TRD SC IDLER pulleys.
Please use this pic for reference...

NonStopTuning now has the ability to offer rebuild/repair services for your old idler (or two idlers if you have the two piece bracket) and the ability to possibly offer NEW pulleys (matching red/gray/black for those who have NST pulleys.)

Here is a rough pricing breakdown to gauge interest:

Rebuild/Repair - $28.00 (customer must send in old idler or pay $25.00 core charge)
New Color Matched Pulley - $78.00 (no need to send in old pulley)

Please chime in and let us know if you'd be interested in either of these options.
We will move forward with production IF WE SEE enough interest in this thread.

Thanks again everyone. Best of luck with all your future projects!

MIKE @ NST

I'm down for this, I would prefer to have matching pulleys.

I don't need the bearings have that covered but I would be interested in a matching pulley to my SC pulley. I love your guys products.

I am very interested. I am on my fourth idler pulley. Since it is a flawed design, all replacements fail within 10-12K miles.

Not sure if this on 05 idler setup but if you upgrade the bearing it lasts, I have over 25k on my current after trashing 2 under warranty. Was still under warranty but was tired of not actually fixing it.

Thank you for the kind words everyone, much appreciated.

We will be able to offer several different options, if we get enough feedback and serious interest from SL members.

Please keep the feedback/comments coming.

I've been offline for a while and I know it's been a while, but what was the outcome for the idler pulley. It would be even better if you guys could redesign a new idler pulley w/ a 3-5mm lip to keep the belt from sliding back and forth on the idler pulley itself. Thanks

I don't need this on my S/C (already replacing entire drive shaft and bearings) but thank you for being kind to those of us who have been screwed by TRD/Toyota!
