Default NuERA's Built Engine & GT35R Turbo Project!UPDATE 6/28

The long journey of this tC is now finally wrapping up soon and it has been tedious but more exciting than anything. Some of you know I have been 100% into this project since August when we started. A lot of firsts and very soon the tC will be completely done and making the projected power of 500-550 hp. I will reveal more soon when I can being it is pretty busy for me wrapping everything up and Christmas is coming so check for updates of, hopefully, one of the quickest and most powerful 2AZ Scion tC motors to be built, fully utilizing the Garret GT35R turbo! Special thanks go to Eric Woon and the crew at Addictive Racing in Tucson, AZ for helping me every step of the way with this build. Tim over a Turbo Elements for the sick Turbo set-up. Barry at DarkDragon Motorsports for the Custom Intake Manifold as well as your assistance on the car. Monte and Doug and David at Precision Scion for getting ScionERA off the ground and rollin. Anyone I missed thanks.

Here is some pictures of the process. I will post more when I can. Thank you again for looking.

Block outta the Car!

Golden Eagle sleeved Block and Crank. Bored as well

Pauter Rods w/ JE Pistons(pictured later being on different camera)

Port and Polished & Full Ferrea built head w/ ARP Head Studs/ Bolts

And the beast its self.... the GT35R!

lol messing around but I will update when I can thanks!

Got them for about 850. Custom set from my understanding since they are the same spec used on Titan Motorsports drag tC since they were used for references.

I went with the tC cause I love the way it looks. There was no budget really just a goal. You only live once so it is something that I know will make me happy I will pursue other cars later so it not like I'm dissing others. More power to all who go for it

I dont understand how u could ask that . for the amount he is going to have in this car , there arent too many options out there that will run what this will be capable of . with a good standalone computer and a tune I think 10s r possible .

Where did you purchase your Ferra Head and Golden Eagle Block? Or was it all custom?

The Head was sent up to Phoenix to port and polish as well as rebuild it with all Ferrea parts. The block was sent out to Golden Eagle and it took a while. 6 weeks to be exact but it was nice to see it back and in its glory
