OK, maybe "Street Legal" is not the right term. I'm not worried about being pulled over and getting a visual inspection. I know some people who know people in that area . What I want to know is if it will pass a smog check so I can still get it registered. My wife let's me do whatever I want to my car, but if I make it so it can't get registered, she will be ____ED!
You answered your own question. Your car is still retaining 2 cats (if you decide to not omit the one on the exhaust), it should have no trouble passing a sniffer test.

Quick question Joe, for when you get back from work. I'm probably not gonna get this kit until around spring break '06. If the pre-order price isn't gonna be around that time, would it be possible to pay for it during the pre-order price and have you guys hold on to the kit til I come up there next March? I have no room for the kit in my apartment, lol.

I don't think the pre-order price is any different than the release kit price. Pre-order was just so you can get the kit before anyone else. At least that is my understanding.

It's 4 am right now and my drill broke. Went to the 24/7 Walmart to find out they're sold out of 1/2" chuck drills. Oil pan tap and fuel injectors are the only things left to install (along with misc things like a couple vacuum hoses). The kit looks good though, way too tired to post anything tonight guys sorry. But I'll be up again in a few hours to go get the stuff I need to wrap this project up.

A message to Dezod: Turbo-kits.com has jumped in the running, hurry up!

It'll be very interesting indeed to see the competition..

At this point I still think this kit is the most promising but who knows..

But I'm sure Dezod won't dissapoint.
But then again, I doubt turbo-kits.com will either..

Ok guys good news! Dyno is scheduled this Friday, and racing will be done Friday night weather permitting. I'll upload some more pics right now, and the next big upload will be pics of everything complete, and cleaned! After about $10 worth or parts, development, and tweaking, I couldn't be more happy with the result. Fitment is amazing, and everything fills the engine bay the way it's supposed to. We also utilize the stock crank-case hose (costs you less money and looks like it's mean to be there) and we utilize the stock cold air extension pipe for the intake. Here's some pics of the pipes before we clamped everything down and put the bumper on.

Piping...

Now for how well our kit fills that nice engine bay...

And now to show you how the kit is so well designed that even the stainless covered oil line looks like it's meant to be

Oil feed (simple and leak proof design...)

The ONE-PIECE drop-in turbo, manidold, wastegate, downpipe, o2 assembly... The whole thing drops right in...

Hope you guys like! 1:16 AM right now and I'm changing from work clothes to garage clothes to put the car back together.

I'm glad it's not Friday yet lol... I wanted time to finish the custom molded foglights and get some time to get my parts together for the show (I have a vendor booth this time...). I need another week if anything lol, so instead I work both jobs from abou 8am to about 4am, sleep, then do it again. That's the way it's been for the last two days at least, 3:30 right now and I still need to shower. More info to come guys!

BTW- Is the the largest thread ever on Scion Life? In terms of views at least, possibly replies?
