Joe, no one ever believed you guys were giving up.

Simply put, I don't recall ever trusting some non-brand-name company on the internet except for Dezod.

Ahhh.... This is true!

Well needless to say I'll be releasing all the official pricing later in the day. Were going to start accepting pre-orders as of Friday but we're still not sure if the main office will have the internet so we're pushing it to Monday.

The rough idea so far is a 50% deposit. No returns UNLESS we cause unneccessary delays in the kit, which would place you not at fault. If you run into an emergence and need your 50% back, I'd sell it on SL or we can try to sell it to someone else only if they're expecting to buy the same kit. We can't just give the money back out because it will be immediately going to the fab shops to get all the materials made to order.

Matt... Only a few days away!

I know I picked - it took a while to decide. Can't really go wrong though

ZPI if you want a nice, cheap kit.
Dezod if you are looking for all the bells and whistles and are made of money

well - I am looking for the best kit out there - not the cheapest one. What is so good about the dezod one compared to the zpi?

Customly sized intercooler.

A larger turbo.

More power and torque.

What appears to be a better designed manifold.

It's also costlier. The ZPI stage 0 is a pretty good streetable turbo that spools insanely fast yet doeesn't really choke the car in the high end.

Dezod's kit features spool just slightly slower than ZPI's spool but has about 30 more whp intercooled. It may have even more. I'm estimating about 280 whp since the 244 hp figure came from a retarded ignition.

Retarded ignition AND a weighted dyno.

Werent people having issues with parts failing out when the power reached aroune 300whp? Some people say that the engine can easily handle it and some say they caused parts to fail out. I looked on the webpage and there is a huge difference between the zpi and dezod .... along with 1,500+ dollars more. This sounds like the kit I want next year ..... its just hard to say goodbye to a warranty

I'm not going with ZPI due to the lack of an intercooler. The Stage 1 ZPI is not going to be cheaper then Dezods kit. And Boosting without an intercooler in the Vegas summers would be MURDER!

Our kit is well worth the $$, bottom line. We did not pull any punches, no exaggerated numbers or anything. Please also do not judge a kit on it's build capabilities based upon how fats it spools. You should judge it by power it produces, where in the RPM band it does this, how it suites your needs and goals, expandability, quality of components used....

Yeah, when the turbo spools only effects when you shift. If you want it spooled off the line, drop the clutch at a higher RPM. Just make sure your clutch holds!

Hm, I actually prefer it like this with full boost coming in at 2.5k~ RPM. That way, while cruising around town I don't have to boost and when I need the power, a quick throttle stab or down shift will have me in full boost.

When $$ comes in... if it comes...

Not to mention a fully functional cat, and plumbed back dump tube.
