getting a loud rattle from the pulley side of the charger so im thinking that the bearing from that side is going bad.

Try looking up bearings in the phone book. I did that a month ago and found several places in my area that have bearings, but haven't actually asked if they had the ones that are needed for the rebuild. I'll check in a week or so though.

so i found a place that has the 6003 bearing but they are not speed rated at 65000rpm.. the guy said that it must be a special made item . the one he carries are speed rated at 45000rpm so i didn't pick them up.

After talking to 2 people there, they told me that the skf bearings are very good bearings and the only reason why they could be going bad so soon is due to not being aligned properly. Which makes sense, the only other thing I could think of being an issue is cold weather which causes the bearings to sit loosely on the shaft for a short amount of time (causing some rattling) until they heat up after start up. Which that brief movement could cause additional stress on the bearing aswell.

i know they found an updated reflash and updated mine when i was in for service time before last. car definitely drives better since. it also completely got rid of the dead travel space on the throttle.
i drove a new stock 2008 tC and was shocked at how much dead travel there is before the car actually does anything, i thought the new ones were supposed to have gotten rid of it by now.

quick question.......
what are the chances that TRD will reduce the price of the 07-08 supercharger to 1900 in the near future?
and what makes the 1000 dollar difference between the two?
and do 07-08s make more power supercharged then 05-06?

You're not the only one that can't seem to find the right bearings. I'm going to call around my area to see what they come up with. It would really help if someone that has actually found the "holy grail" and shared some info other than "Check your local autoparts store" that don't carry them.
