bigger injectors, an intercooler and an aem f/ic. and one step colder spark plugs.

What size are your stock Injectors?
No one here has experience with the Camry's ECU, so we are playing the guessing game at best. Have you changed out the spark plugs to colder plugs?

What are the actual specifics of your turbo? Seeing as how you are using a different turbo than a Stage 0, it could give some insight to what to expect from the turbo you are using (as far as efficency range) if we had a little more information on it.

TUNING! I think that maybe the problem. My VW VR6 dynoed 175 when I upgraded my supercharger and pulley, almost its stock power. After injectors and a tune, the new pull yeilded 220. Tuning is crucial....

i don't really know what size the stock injectors are but i'd bet they're the same as the tc's 372cc i believe
i didn't change the spark plugs cause i didn't experiance any knocking sounds or pre ignitions

i'm using a t3-t4 hybrid A50 or something , bigger then what u guys use i think

If its bigger than yeah I would expect you to put down mor than 160whp. Check the specs for your injectors, no telling if they are the same as the tC's. The ecu could very much be different as well.

something is definatly up. Do you have a BOV by chance? If so, what kind is it? I was running my Treadstone turbo kit on my stock tC ecu and made 240whp on 7psi. so something is definately up. I know you don't think so, but you must have a leak coming from somewhere. Can you take pics of your engine bay a post them?

i'm using an atmospheric bov and works fine
i don't think there's a leak because the gauge reads 5psi at WOT

maybe the injectors and the ecu differ
the problem is that i couldn't find out what size my injectors are...

what are the tc's injectors anyways???

pressure test the motor for leaks.... fix accordingly

Get some 550cc injectors and an emanage and have them wired in. and you should be set.

Also you didnt answer if your running an ebay bov... bovs arent just for wooshing sounds, they are an important role in a turbo system just like the wastegate. If you are.... buy a better one or even have a recirc pipe fabbed.

But plenty of people told you already... get more fuel into the motor and tune for it. DONT cheap out on fuel components either!!!

Well if your injectors are too small then there will literally be a HP limit they can make. Also the tuning on the ZPI stage 0 was not needed because they placed the MAF in the intake pipe a certain way. I personally had a Stage 0 for over 6 months with no e-manage, no injectors, and no intercooler and it made plenty of power to out run SRT-4's and such. Also I ran another 6 months with only a intercooler added. I now have engine management, injectors and boost control (basically a ZPI stage 1). Also I bet your stock ECU is pulling timing completely and that will KILL your power.

Are there any reliable shops in your area?? Or any body that knows this kit and your ecu?? Obviously you need tuning, what is your stock baseline??

Tune it! OMG. Stock ECU's are for stock cars. Running with those afr's I dont see the engine lasting long.
