You want likely solutions, here you go.
We replaced the pan on the racecar with a pan that we welded in a bung for our OT sender. I meticulously cleaned the old gasket off the block. In your case with only one pan, you'll have to do as others have said and make sure to clean both the engine and pan surfaces.
Apply Permatex high-temp sensor-safe grey gasket maker to the pan circling around each bolt hole.
Once you put everything back together, make sure you get the torque correct and carefully follow the tighten down pattern/order.
We did this and had zero problems. Now that said, there are many reasons the pan can start leaking later on. A couple of weeks ago, ours starting slowly leaking out of the back/rear part of the pan.
The solution: just add more gasket and make sure to push it into the crevices to form a good seal.
Make sure you don't start your motor until you've given a good long time for the stuff to dry/set. Give it an overnight to be safe.
Since doing this, we've raced twice, seen oil temps as high as 270F, and have not had a leak issue again yet.
Hope that helps.

I have replaced this gasket twice.. like she said. first i tried the Red high temp RTV silicon from pep boys... no dice. then Crystal got the good ____ from toyota, and again... no dice. Each time i cleaned the lip of the pan, and the surface of the block. I used a razor knife to get the old gasket off, and made sure it was good and clean.
this thing is driving me nuts. the only reason i mentioned boost levels causing it to blow the gasket out is b/c on my eclipse the oil dip stick would launch righy out of the pan under high boost. i know she is only at 8.5psi, but i don't know what could be causing this.
Shes going to get another tube of sealant from the dealer (its free.. she has a hook-up) and attempt this again. I'm going to make dam sure the pan isn't bent or damaged in anyway. wish me luck!

Do you have a breather hose and catch can installed?
Also, if you've damaged a ring land or something you'll induce more blowby and cause worse problems. If this persists, it's a good indication that something is wrong with the motor.

the only thing wrong with this motor is that its running rich...LMAO we haven't made it back to the dyno to retune since we got the additional Greddy harnesses.
no breather or catch can installed.

Also, AGAIN, if this just continues to persist...look inward...your motor may not be as healthy as you think. Even a bad PCV valve can cause issues.

create a new gasket and use 4 bolts on opposite sides. press the pan in place with the wet seal just enough to make the wet seal expand slightly and use the bolts to hold it in place. let it dry for a day then go do your torqueing down with the rest of the bolts. sometimes if you just make the seal and tighten some of the bolts down it just pushed most of the seal out.

all the so-called tune race shops around here suck man! she knows some people at toyota and they put it up on the lift to check it out.
I bought a new oil pan last week and it showed up yesterday. I looked at it agin this morning and it seems to be perfect! the one on her car has some issues. i can say that now that i have seen another pan off the car!
I'm going to try to get a ruturn fitting welded onto it in the next few days, but i need to hunt down a fitting first.
