cv would be during turns not so much in straight line....

Steering shaft might be loose (spline) and possibly loose lower control arm....

might want to check the motor mounts , they might have shifted or broke apart .

^^ im thinkin its the motor mounts cause the car does tend to shake

your problem could be caused by something so simple. have u tried balancing all your wheels and tires yet? alignment recently?

Brake Check has that lifetime alignment for 100 and tire balancing for 30.

fix it and take that bad boy to the track!
