well i have been waiting 2 months for my turbo-mafia exhaust...
They disconnected there phone number, lied to me over 6 times about it being shipped
These people are major scammers, I talked to Drew personally over the phone 2 weeks ago and he said UPS was picking it up the following day, well it never showed so he lied
Wild fire excuse haha ya right, i lived 5 mins from the fires and i was able to do my daily chores ect
But i ordered mine at the first week of october and tommorow will be November 20th...No excuses, there just scammers
IF the fire was that close to there shop (which it was mostly out in rural wilderness areas) It would have set them back no more than a few days to a week...
If anyone is local to San diego i have there Adress that was on the label from a guy on the civic forum who got his exhaust, he gave it to me since im in socal and am planning dropping by
8310 Phyllis Place, San Diego, CA 92123
here is there phone number that i was able to obtain from the owner of NASIOC where i also post and there vendors there too
626-253-0904 - Its now been disconnected, as they do not want people contacting them about there missing orders, i left many voicemails befor it was disconnected, the answering machine picked up and said something about they are busy fabricating car parts and will call you back asap

Hmmmmm... I was interested in this exhaust but I may have to reconsider this now if things do not change. I actually live less then 20 mins away from that place. Maybe I can make a stop by sometime later this week.

What you need is not available and needs to be put together by other means (custom). Or you can wait till Dezod comes out with their 3" stuff which I don't believe is very high priority right now.

It's unfortunate that there are people out operating businesses in this manner. We've seen this company on many of the other sites that we sponsor including s2ki.com and nasioc.com. It seems that these companies look for a niche product that is currently unavailable and then they try to fabricate one-off products and take pictures of these products for sale. The scion community has experience these scams way to many times.
I think if we all take a step back and look at how these shady businesses operate, we can all avoid being taken for a ride in the future. These scam work off of people's ignorance, not stupidy, there is a difference (stupity is when you learn it once, but you keep making the same mistake, where as ignorance is "unlearned", that is you don't know any better). Use your common sense people:
-If they can get a product to market overnight, it's not a real product, or at least something not worth buying.
-If the price is too good to be true...it's too good to be true.
-If the company does not have a contact phone number, there's a reason why.
-If the company does not have a physical address, there's a reason why.
-If the company is not listed as a dealer for any of the product that they claim to be an authorized distributor for, there's a a reason why.
-a turbokit putting out 180+whp on a xb with just a turbo, intercooler, stock tc injector, stock block, stock exhaust, and low boost...total nonsense. A new customer of ours learned that the hard way--$10K later.
-telling a customer to cut his factory exhaust donut gasket so it will fit onto a larger downpipe is a joke--ever heard of an exhaust leak.
-selling an intake tube for a turbokit that is too long forcing the customer to push the filter too far on the intake tube just to close the hood is a joke--ever seen a turbocharged car go into vacuum near redline? we have.
If a company develops a part for a car that they don't own or have access to for testing, does it make you wonder how well the product will fit or perform.

well I have received the secondary pipe along with the nuts bolts and gaskets, just wanted on the muffler. For you guys who haven't received anything yet try emailing them at the turbomafia@yahoo.com Drew is getting back to me fairly quick using that.

I ordered on Oct. 15. It's Dec. 9th and still nothing. They contacted me with the offer that they would refund me 35% of what I paid, plus it would be shipped about 2 weeks ago. Still nothing. I'm disputing this charge with my bank tomorrow, and contacting my lawyer.

Yea I started disputing the charge with my bank, then one day my bank called me asking me if I have received the system yet and that same day I had received a ups notice for the midpipe. The next day I got the secondary pipe bolts and gaskets. Now i'm just waiting on the muffler. Dispute it with your bank maybe they will light some fire under there @$$.
