Problems with TRD supercharger?

Problems with TRD supercharger?
There have been a lot of posts going on lately about how many people have had problems (oil leaks or whatever) with their superchargers. I have one with no problems so far.
For the most part, it seems that only people with problems or concerns post about it. So, I'd like to see how many people with superchargers, modded or not, have had any problems with them. I'm thinking (read: hoping) that a quick poll will show the vast majority of supercharger owners have had no problems.
So this is not a "do you like it?" poll, it is not a "would you recommend it?" thread, and nor is it a "turbocharger vs. supercharger" thread. Please only respond to the poll if you have the TRD supercharger.
Thanks,
Jeff

I had the supercharger put on in the middle of November and asked the dealership to leave the heat shield for the stock header off. I did upgrade to the Bosch 110 Sport BPV about a month after getting the s/c. I haven't done anything to the stock header, and I haven't done anything to the intake, exhaust, or the s/c. Almost 6000 miles since the install and no problems. I currently have about 15k miles on the ODO.

oil leak on the shaft and underneath the area of the belt tensioner...modded with a pulley, header back exhaust, intake blah blah blah...goin in next week to get it checked out. I already gave the top mechanic the heads up and he goes...I bet you got a pulley on there Apparently they have looked at a few other units with the same problem and they had pulleys. Im going in for my clutch and flywheel install next week so they are gonna hopefully warranty it for me and then its back to stock

Oil leak from belt tensioner but none from s/c shaft. I think the tensioner may very well be from installing the pulley and replacing the belt, I think I just wore it out. I wrapped my headers and switched to synthetic for good measure though
