all piggy backs are for the most part. I understand this is a giant leap past a simple piggy back but having the ability to possibly pass emissions is a big deal for some.

I understand what you are saying here. A simple "no" would have sufficed.

I asked because I wasn't sure 100% as I am not very familiar with the unit.

If you could leave in the factory ECU and make it happy to not throw codes, you could pass. Now if you are asking if the ProEFI itself could be hooked up to an OBDII scanner and emulate the signals for you to pass the answer is no. That would be HIGHLY illegal I believe.

if anyone has any more questions about the unit just ask sound_performance, but if you want to get more into deeper details about the proefi go call Jason(480-607-496 just mention either sound_performance or my name hansel and im sure hell be happy to hear your questions. seriously he will answer most of your questions for he is extremely knowledgeable about the unit. i believe to become a vendor of his product you will have to go to training to make sure the vendors know how to use it. its not like other companys where they can just buy it in bulk and sell it even when they dont know how to use the thing.(trust me there is a vendor in SL there f**kd me over $200 fee which was there fault). proefi isnt about making a quick buck, but to make sure you have the best unit out there and giving you piece of mind that the company you buy it from knows how to tune it and knowledgeable on the product they are selling.

also bump for you sound_performance, just checked out the website and your guys turbo kits look real good, especially the powerlab ones.
