PTUNING: Haltech Standalone ECU (Screen Shots pg. 5).....

Yes, the Haltech software does have an "autotune" feature. Basically, it uses a user configurable Fuel Target AFR map to allow the optional WB input to target the user desired AFR for each load point.
It also features a user configurable O2 feedback map for closed loop fuel control. This operates in the same way as the factory ECU would in that it helps to improve fuel economy during low load conditions to allow for optimum fuel economy when cruising.

The closed loop O2 feedback provides for more consistent AFR's during cruising, which will help to optimize fuel economy.
Once again though, like all standalones, it will need to be set-up and properly tuned, preferably by a professional tuner on a dyno.
However, are working on creating base boost maps for customers that purchase the unit from us.

I have $2k sitting in the bank ready to spend. Was going to get my twin plate, the LSD, or a Standalone, couldn't choose which one, but right now, I'm leaning towards the Haltech, especially for the Pre-order price lol.

Boomslang is making harness's for the xb2 now correct? If so its only a matter of time before one is fit into an xb2.
You may want to contact p-tuning and see if they might be able to build you one, not sure if they do that. But worth a try!

well im still breaking in this dam motor! So im still on the ptuning 900's
scalling the map on aem looks like ill max these at ruffly 20-22 PSI.
Once i get the haltech it has built in low/high impedance drivers so ill be bumping to e85 and much larger injectors!
And haltech has on the fly map switching so switching between e85 and gas wont be a thang!
