It was great meeting Mr. C and the other guys from PTuning on Saturday. They were some of the nicest guys there and really made me and my girlfriend feel welcome. I got a bunch of pics that I'll be posting once I get them uploaded.

I was not there this weekend with the group, but was notified by Mr. C that the PTUNING tC took home 1st PLACE in Modified FWD at the Red Line Time Attack event at
Autobahn Country Club in Joliet, Illinois this weekend.
I'm sure Mr. C will chime in with more detail once he's back from the event.

Mike @ PTUNING

Every year there are more competition and faster cars.
However, we will continue to do our best to stay one step ahead of the competition.
We will see you in TN on July 26-27th for the Red Line Time Attack event at Nashville Super Speedway.

Thanks guys for you continued support, it means a lot to us.
First, I must say I'm truly blessed, to drive for a PTuning! They are freaking amazing with everything they do! Even working feverishly to produce the best turbo kit on the tC market, the managed to prepare another winning car! With the new wing, a great setup, and good tires, the car was fast out of the box.
Saturday morning was a mix of a damp track and standing water in some places. Grip was very unpredictable and some drivers were caught off guard in these conditions. As said, we ran 12, out of the 24 capable on the setup. With only 300whp, and I was still able to get into the high 1:36's on saturday. Running these quick times out of the box was pure joy, and a real nice reward for all the teams work. I had not ever been to this track so as the laps clicked off the car got even faster. Throughout the day we played with tire pressures a little, and made sure the car was in tip top shape.
Sunday, we backed the car out of the trailer and again she was fast, constantly in the 1:36-1:37's which put us in the top three modified cars!!! This was shocking to us as the car had always done well, but this time we were kicking ___ and taking names! The first time attack session we turned the boost up to 15, only 15 psi and I rocked out with a 1:35 for our fastest time of the day. We were shocked as many other cars went a LOT faster than in practice. The second session we turned the boost all the way up and before I could get a good lap in, we had some cooling issues. In the end we finished 6th of 18 over all in modified class, crushed our class and was one of the best showings we've had.
The trip home was a bit taxing as 2 of the tires blew on the trailer we were using, and made a 13 hour trip turn into 19 hours.
As some of you know I took my personal race car out there as well, that has been under the fine supervision of PTuning and laid down a 1:37 good enough for a 3rd place in modified rwd. Over all it was a great weekend!!!
During the event we were kicking around some ideas for a Racing Raffle! Since we all appreciate your support its time to start rewarding you guys with cool stuff, like ride alongs, T-shirts, and maybe even parts!! What do you all think?
