Everyone, Thank you for your continued support! In all seriousness we do it for you, your praises, and to further the community. Unlike most race teams we are seriously grass roots, racing on a shoe string budget so we can develop the BEST products to offer to the scion market. In such a short time PTuning has taken their award winning show car and turned it into an award winning race car. That type of dedication is rare and hard to find in the racing world, and it really shows. PTuning has worked with only the best manufactures to offer you all the best products forged from bouts of American Time Attack. Between their exhaust, turbo kit, motors, Meth kit, and now even a stand alone ecu that's plug-n-play for a scion.

Its true, something went wrong on the car, and this time, there was nothing we could do to fix the car. Again, the team worked night and day trying to get a new motor in the car, but it was not to be. We loaded the car up at CMP and drove it back to the shop where they swapped motors, and finally at 5am they called it quits. Several of the guys had not slept in nearly 48 hours but were committed to making the car run again. This is the first time EVER the car has ever not come home with a first place plaque. We feel horrible we could not post up good news about another win, about how the car is continuing to kick ___, and how the FWD car that never could, is now one of the fastest Modified Time Attack cars. I feel bad because in my initial runs, the car was amazing, finally the power was there, the transmission was not a problem, and we only needed to tweak the setup a little bit. I feel bad that I not announce that "we did it again" but it was not to be, and its hard for me to accept that.

What we need now is nothing short of a miracle. Built motors do not grow on tress (or I'd have a forest in my back yard, lol), nor does funding to take a car to the west coast. Both need to happen for us to secure the 2009 season championships. So we are asking anyone and everyone for their pocket change, for the money found in the waching mashine, anything they can spare. We are looking for any organization that wants to advertise on a winning race car, and my personal guarantee the return on their investment will be great. If you happen to know of an organization please give them a call and tell them about us. As for personal donations, I've setup a paypal donation bucket that has now been removed (big thanks to paypal on that one ), and 100% of the money will go to the car, and travel expenses. Donations of $100 or more from a person and you will get to put a personal message on the car. Yes, i just said on the car! so the next time you see a picture of the car, you can show all your friends your message! We will also continue to sell the Time Attack Shirts, on the website and proceeds will go to the Race Fund.

Even after all of this, I want to thank all our current supporters, and the PTuning team. The guys have always done above and beyond to give me the best car possible, and in just under 2 years, the car has come from the "jet" because of its sound to one of the fastest Front Wheel Drive cars in the country. I also want to thank you all, we could not have done it without a community like this to stand behind us. Last, but certainly not least, i want to thank our current sponsors Lustine Scion, Seibon, Progress Technology, Exedy, Haltech, Toyo Tires, Kognition, Green Leaf Recylers, TheHotStickers.com and Hawk Performance.

I have a set of 18" Enkei wheels that came off my RS1 tC that I need to get rid of. I also have a Snow Performance Stage II Boost Cooler kit that needs to go. What do you think about putting together a raffle?

Thats a great idea, put together a huge raffle or even put parts up for sale with all benefits going straight to the ptuning team, I'll see if I can't find some stuff

We'd be willing to raffle off anything we can. I'm going to start getting a list of parts that we have together as well.

If you have any questions pm or email me!

Thank you all!

We are actually trying to keep the shop separate from the race team due to various financial reasons. However, I'll have to see what else we can offer.

What happened to the old Advans that were on the tC? I know they were 5x114.3, but you could try to raffle those off to some other car club. That would easily bring in a bunch of cash.

We actually need 2 sets of wheels and tires for the car, simply because if sh*t happens and a tire goes down, we need to have a backup set. it also helps to have a test and race set as well to keep the race tires fresher so they are faster.

Ahh, didn't you already have two sets of Advans? The RS and RZ? Or did you just have 2 RZ's with 285's for up front?

Mr C. might have to correct me, but i think you are right. The 285's are on different wheels, with different bolt patterns. I think we might have a spare RS around though, I'll have to check.

Well at Summit Point, something went wrong with the front hub when you guys were running the 285's, then you switched over to the 255's for the front. I just don't remember the car ever having 4 RZ's on it (or RS's, I don't remember which is which lol).

That's with the 285's up front and 255's in the back.

Also, ask Dezod about the raffle they had. They raffled off an entire turbo kit and the proceeds went to some charity.
