We recently revised our PTUNING Spec-SS turbo manifold v.2 to accommodate a 45mm WG to eliminate boost creep when running a larger turbo at low boost (7-9psi) on the second gen. tC motor (07-09). The manifold design itself did not change, ie. the flanges, and runners are still the same. Only the WG tube and WG were changed.
Since we've had overwhelming demands by customers asking to buy just the manifold to do their own custom turbo kit, we wanted to take this opportunity to offer our v.1 manifolds for those DIYer.
The manifolds are slightly used, but they are in perfect condition. This manifold design has proven itself in our race car with 2 RTA time attack championships and have been proven on 400, 500, and 600+whp setup.
We only recommend the manifolds for the following setup:
- Built motor looking to run 16+ psi of boost (375+whp) range
- '07-09 Stock motor running smaller turbo (50 trim) at 10+ psi
- '05-'06 stock motor with any configuration of turbo and exhaust
Features:
- Billet CNC machined 304SS head flanges with step port & cut-backs on gasket mating surface.
- Billet CNC machined 304SS T3 flange
- Thick-wall 304SS EL tubular runners
- Designed to use a Tial 38mm MVS wastegate
Note: We only recommend this manifold to customers that have the capability of fabricating their own dp, i/c piing, intake, etc. The downpipe must include a functional flex section to prevent unnecessary stress to the turbo and turbo manifold.

Purchased one today! Customer service is outstanding! I was on the phone with MrC for about 30 minutes. Great talking to you and thank you for all of the help. Glad to see some real passion instead of you just asking for money haha. I could name a few off hand as an example but I won't .

Didn't see it mentioned so I'll ask. Does this come with the oil dipstick relocation tube or is one available seperately or even needed? Don't have a tC but I thought it might come up w/ potential buyers.
