i put it back already, i just made a few adjustments and its working awesome! the new greddy rs can be used but you need to get the adapter for it. theres one more company i forgot that makes it in black and its stealth series.

power difference ? butt dyno says i cant tell.

you use the same diameter as the stock piping, 25mm.

BUT

measure the body of the BOV/BPV. make sure it has enough room to move when the engine rocks back and forth or else you will hit the nut on the firewall next to it.

Stock bypass leaks bad, sport 110 does not leak, or at least I have not seen a hint of leak. I also bought/tried an HKS ssqv with recirc nozzle, it worked the exact same as the 110, no difference, I then tried a goofy ATP turbo blow off contraption that a buddy had with a recirc on it, it also worked the same. I saw no noticable change once in boost or even partial boost to full throttle. Also RPM did not make a difference. As long as vacume is not present with any of these or with even low boost present, I have seen no boost leakage all the way through redline. for anyone to say that they notice a large upgrade from say a 110 to a 007... well.... nevermind.

its not a tremendous difference Jeremy, its enought to tell though if you have the right spring in there. I had the 110 in there for a while and noticed a difference when I switched out to the 007, maybe hits boost a couple hundred RPM's sooner. Like I said, not a huge difference but its definitely there

I don't have a boost gauge so I can't verify what I felt but with the yellow spring in the 007 is better than the 110. I'm not an idiot that posts good reviews of products even if they're not so I can justify the money I spent. If a product sucks I'll be the first to admit it.

Just put the Bosch 110 BPV on my car this past weekend. It helps a little bit...I notice a bit more repsonse in the higher RPM range. It was a good upgrade for $50. I do not understand why people are so "gung ho" about the 007 because there hardly any application where you would need such a BPV. When you start running around 12-14 PSI, then I can maybe see why. I recommend the Bosch 110, especially if you are going to upgrade your pulley. But be careful, you might be quick to ruin your supercharger!

Are you able to substitue a BOV over the BPV?

No, the engine will run crazy rich and stumble on shifts and stopping if you run an atmospheric BOV.

Stick with a recirculated BPV.

What if you run both?
What would be some good recirculated BPV's?

I've been looking over this forum for a little bit here and I think that the vacuum/boost characteristics of your setups are vastly different to a turbo car and a much stiffer spring may be required .

Correct me if my assumption is wrong but on the SC setup the charger will continue to pressurize air even after the throttle plate is closed. So the only device limiting this (other than RPM) will be the bypass valve. That sound correct?

The upgraded 710s begin to fail in the mid teens boost-wise on turbo cars, with a supercharged car the stress that a valve will see is greater at the same boost level compared to a turbo car. This can be seen in the much higher spring rates that you guys are running for a given boost level so it can be reasonably safe to say that the diaphragms in the 710s will be at risk at as well...

Is the one I need the: Forge 007 Diverter Valve - Anodized Black-With Clamps ES#129 - $135/shipped

Found here:
http://www.ecstuning.com/stage/edpd/...l=&engine=2.7T

Is that the right one - and is that a good price?

Exactly... I get exactly where you're coming from. ive tinkered with mine plenty oh times and never noticed a difference. From stock either, with my stock BPV I still see 9.5psi. But I still like having my Turbo XS, you get a bit more sound when releasing the throtle after being in boost, that's all.
