Turbonetics makes 244whp/262wtq on their 8.5psi kit. Thats what they claim.

240 is what they say so it's right. If you look at all the pipes on it they could be bigger and it's only 440 injectors and internal wastegate. After I get mine done (if my option 1 ever gets here) and get ready for more power I'll probably look into getting bigger injectors and custom pipes made. I don't see why this kit couldn't get 270whp after that.

What's the ZPI stage1 make at 8.5? I know the big 16G and 18g are close to the same turbo. I'll have one of the top places in FL installing and tuning mine so maybe they can get more out of it with a good tune.

Now that you mention that, I agree, 240whp is about right. I will dyno on 8 PSI in a couple of weeks, so I will let you know what it puts down. I expect more than 240whp though, seeing as how a Stage 0 makes 230whp on 6/7 PSI.

i can make plenty more hp by just leaning it out a little more with tuning, and a custom turboback 3" exhaust should free up our crappy small exhaust piping making at least 15-20 hp more =P

Yea a downpipe back exhaust will give you 30+hp... Ive personally seen a Turbonetics tC go from 243whp to 272whp with exhaust change.

I wouldn't go 3 inches though. 2.5 will yeild you better results than 3. Sounds funny, but do some research on 3 inch on the tC and you will find a lot of people concur what I am saying.

people dont go 3" just because fittment issues with scrapping the ground, 3" personally you might as well go if planning to up the boost later on for more hp.....which im planning to do later

Incorrect...people don't go 3 inch because it's not as efficient as 2.5 for our cars. Give the good ole' search button a try if you don't take my word for it.

I read alot that the 3" isn't good for the tC but Mossy (I think they changed the name) is coming out with a 3" system that they seem to think will be a good power gain. I think they said their Sentra 3" made 35whp. Can't wait to see the dyno for the tC one.

hahah not efficient? first off all it depends on how much power and boost you want to put down....lets say what if u wanted 300+ hp.....im pretty sure 2.5 isnt gonna cut it.....belive all u want from the search button, and just because dezod told you ;)

If I had a turbo, I would go 3"... dont see why the tC would be different from any other F/I car with 3".
