question about s/c warrantie

ok so i made the dicesion im getting the s/c y question is if i have a header on prior to the install will it void my warranty for the s/c?

I would imagine that if you took the S/C into a dealership for the install and you had an aftermarket header, they would note that in your file and possibly void your warranty. If you still have your stock header, put it back on at least for the install.
