Not a K&N though but to give you an idea, as for performance I would say it makes a big difference.

jjos, so all you did was cut up you injen CAI to make it fit with the S/C? Looks like you have a coupler looking thing where the MAF sensor is...

I just cut the injen right after the maf adapter and before the bend, it fits good no problems yet.

Its nothing hard. You just cut a couple spots and join the pieces together. Secure with couplers and you're done

Its gonna take some work getting it up to 250 with the S/C. You can also say bye bye to your warranty

The only header I have seen that WON'T work with a S/C is the MazzuriSuper.
However I must tell you it is the most beautiful one on the market.

that one is almost similar to the Weapon R header. It's made by hand, so each one is made slightly different.

Lightweight pulleys imo are a must. The S/C runs on pulleys so it ends up leeching some HP from the crank to the wheels. Lightweight pulleys help free up some of that lost hp so you arent really gaining any more hp but you just lose less than you would with stock pulleys.

Non Stop Tuning has good pulleys. Get the 65mm Overdrive S/C pulley, lite water pump pulley, lite crank pulley.

The overdrive S/C pulley will speed up your supercharge and raise the boost a couple PSI so you will actually be producing more horsepower out of your supercharger. If you get this pulley you WILL need to re-flash your ECU because of the raised levels of boost.

If you plan on running a decent audio/video setup, you could get the 20% Overdrive Alternator pulley as well. This will allow your alternator to produce more power.

We are running the DME header now on our n/a project car, its 10x better then the megan one we used to have, you can feel more power through out the power band, its look like it will clear the S/C shaft easily, not like the megan, I've seen a megan on a tc with a s/c and one of the bolts on the shaft was resting on the header tubing that kind off sticks up ward. We are very happy with it and we should have some in stock soon if anybody is interested in it. P.S. I think I posted this only a day or 2 ago, custom cold air or short rams on S/C tC's are not a good idea unless you get the car tuned with a piggy back system, otherwise you will run lean and eventually mess something up.

If you have the ECU reflash done after S/C install you are good. Your Intake becomes useless unless you hack it up, as in the pictures above.

I have only heard a few times that a modification to the airbox with an air intake for the S/C will actually throw the AFR slightly out of whack unless you have a tune after intake modification.

Header/Exhaust just help move all that extra air out...

I saw a sticky that you'll run lean. Just seeing If anyone has trouble before I do it.

^ if it's lean, its most likely cause they added some type of intake (short ram or CAI) No one really had AFR's to prove otherwise, so it's the common thing here on SL.
