look into halon fire extinguishers, thats what most race teams use. they are way more expensive but its the best you can get.

Yea but don't they usually have them hard piped into the car? A whole halon system looks like it can get pretty complicated. What are the chances of him having 2 fires? Thats what insurance is for anyway, accidents will happen.

you can get them in the handheld, makes it easy....its mostly for peace of mind

man... this is crazy i think i'd cry if my car burst into flames lol. good job getting a turbo though, i thought about it but i'm shooting for a supercharger instead (personal preference)

you need to read this thread.. People are having problems with the superchargers and are battling with trd and scion to give them their warranty for it and replace the superchargers.

and as far as extinguishers go,

Vulcan turbo just came out with a new turbo kit. Its pretty nice.. Great price. I think around 3000 not sure on price yet. the kit is brand new.
