there is an intersection here where accidents happen all the time. sounds like the same type. 4-way intersection, 2-way stop. people think its a 4-way stop and they decide to go thinking you're going to stop.

aen, you might know. spring mtn and grand canyon. at least 1 accident there a week.

yup, spring mtn and grand canyon, bluedaimond and decatur...well before htey put the signs up.

buffalo and warm springs, everywhere. vegas is a damn deathtrap.

i see what some ppl are saying by suing someone can screw them really bad

but if the guy is now blaming him for the accident when it wasnt his fault ____ that sue his ___!

Did you read my last sentence... In Florida you sue the insurance company. The person does not get sued. How was going to pay the bills when i couldnt work.. Who was going to pay the doctor bills. Im not rich, i have a family to feed. I didnt sue for the fun of it.. or to get money. Im stuck with a ____ed up back for the rest of my life. Because some idiot felt like running a red light.

dude if i was in your situation i would sue also,people need to realize that the vehicle there driving has the ability to KILL PEOPLE if the dumb idiot behind the wheel isnt paying attention,breaking the law,whatever,then its on them,so what if it ruins there life,they should have been a little more careful driving there 4000lb suv,what if they would have killed someone?
