if thats the case why would it go away and come back sometimes? my afr's look fine

If the map isn't set down low (off boost) you could have incorrect fueling. Anything that affects combustion and driveability will affect your A/F. It sounds like you have some sort of driveability issues maybe check your wideband to make sure it is working, check it against another sensor, if your car is bucking like that, it should be affecting a/f readings.

What did you mean when you said earlier that sometimes it's hard to get into first gear? Is it hard to put the car in first gear? Take off in first gear?

like take off, ill be in first and gas it but it seems like misfire and jerks when this problem is occuring

It's either going too rich or too lean and might not be caught fast enough by your wide band. I'd get it tuned and go from there.

cars been running good all day... after what i did last night.. who knows, one of the FIC wires was getting tugged on i saw, it was a red one that went into a blue witha resistor, i left the glove box off incase that what was doing it.

im having the same problem but only at idle, under boost the cars feels smooth. Any ideas it sure sounds like a misfire, not throwing any codes for it, though.
