disconnect the battery, Take off the plastic cover on the top of the motor, remove the 2 bolts holding on the fuel rail, slowly remove the rail, watch out for a spurt of fuel from the pressure releasing, dont drop the fuel rail spacers or injector o-rings, injectors pull out from the rail, just held in by friction.

As good info, see this
Turbo Install Guide

first open the the fuel tank door and remove the fuel cap. you can remove the fuel pump fuse and crank the car or let it sit for a couple of hours which your going to anyway since your going to want to do the oil pan first. remove the top cover. 2 10 mm bolts. remove the 2 white clips that hold the harness and push it back out of the way . remove the 2 12 mm bolts there long and dont lose the rail spacer. there are 2 of the and there brown. put on a pair of safty glasses. pop the injectors out. use silicone spray and spray the seals. pop them in the rail and slowlypop the injectors in the rail into the intake. do not force it. nice and easy. put the spacer back in then put the 2 12mm bolts back in i like to hand thread them in. also switch from one to the othere. couple turns here on one couple turns on the other. use a mirror to check the injectors are in and strait before tightening all the way.

No, you can use the o-rings that came with the injectors. It's always nice to replace o-rings with fresh ones if available. However the "grommets" on the firing end will need to be reused. You will prolly notice the new injectors do not have a plastic cap at the firing end ( or tip if you will), these are not needed on the new injectors.

o ok,so the only thing i have to take off of the old injectors and put on the new injectors are the grommets on the firing end correct......the o-rings i dont have to mess with since its on the new injectors already....just wanna make sure i got it right...and the plastic caps arent needed........

so basically, unhook battery, loosen gas cap,let it sit for a few, then take off the 2 bolts for the injector rail, then slowly, pull out the injectors with even pressure on both sides, prepare for some fuel squirt, then take out the old injectors, take off the grommets from the old injectors from the firing end and place on the new injectors, and place injectors back on the rail with some lube, then carefully, place the injectors back into the manifold, and double check to make sure everything is seated properly, and nothing missing,

do i have this down right.....any tips...im sure im missing a few things but i think i got it...

grommets can sometimes stick to the head so always feel for them if they dont come up with the injector.

Dw injectors you won't need to but that's if they come with o-rings. Last set I got came with o-rings I think. First set I got a few years ago didn't come with o-rings
