Lightbulb Removing the stock pulley, Trd Supercharger

ive been looking for different ways to remove the pulley. i dont want to damage it nor (some have recommended to put a stick from impeller to prevent it from moving) damage my impeller blades. i know that this guy from ystc used sand paper and an oil filter clamp. but i dont want to ruined the groove on the pulley...

so any recommendations on how to remove that thing.... its freaking tight!!!!

i have the 05 sc. and the old school bolt.

When you say old school bolt, you mean the bolt with the key on the head? if yes here's what you need to do: take the shaft off, disconnect it from the charger, find a lugnut that you can have welded at some exhaust shop right over the keyed bolt, take an impact to it, bam...out, I've done that 2 times now and it worked like a charm, only draw back is you have to disconnect the shaft completely from the SC, if you've have never done it you really have to be careful to re-install/align it back correctly. If you really do not want to do that, try these first: http://www.harborfreight.com/2-piece...set-94119.html, it may have enough bit to hold the pulley in place, but this is only if you have the regular standard bolt head, good luck and hope this helps.

if you don't want to damage the pulley, buy a pulley puller, its not very expensive.
