I have the cams. I'll be re-dynoing next weekend hopefully.

Numbers on the dyno are 250whp/225tq with no meth and a boost leak limiting me to 6lb boost (less than the stock SC map).

Both problems have since been fixed, but I haven't had the opportunity to head back to Rippmods to redyno.

Time slips? If the weather holds out, we'll get some 1/8th mile runs in!

$800 for oem cam regrinds? i think thats a bit pricey. honda skunk2 cams are in the $600 range.

ok, so how are u being able to tune per cam angle? i have emanage ultimate pending install, wat type of ems are u using?

my tuner would like to try to see if he can get the most power out of these cams. ;)

Give me a set of pistons, rods, and a good turbo insead. Nothing against anyone with a S/C, I have one. I just want to do the turbo to get back the torque and reliability. When I say that I mean the S/C failing again.

But yah, love the fact that someone is finally coming out with cams for our cars. Anyone heard anything about a set for turbo tC's??? I'd love to get a hold of some for my build this winter.
i think dezod were making them. might want to check with them

Well, I wasn't actually going to take the Scion VIP race too seriously since it was an 1/8th mile track... It wasn't until wednesday or so that I decided "Ahh, what the heck, i'll see if I can get some drag radials and some nice, light rims" to swap out for my 23.Xlb Konig Unknowns... but no one could get 'em in time for the event. The track was really cold as well, so that didn't help matters at all...

I managed to eek out 3rd place with a 9.93 time on the 1/8th, coming in 3rd at E-town VIP. Everyone pretty much just ragged on me about how I was just spinning tires 1/3rd of the way down the track, but hey, at least I placed.

I'll scan the slip if anyone cares... It's kinda embarrasing when I look at it and see my R/T listed as "6 to 8 weeks"

Karl got 3rd place in the drag race, 1st was to a 320whp turbo tuned tC (wonder who?), and the 2nd place was to a Turbonetics turbo... with huge 18" wheels and massive tire spin, Karl still placed 3rd.

Oh and that R/T was pretty slow.... my best was a .105 today. The fastest R/T was .002

im on stock tires and it was HORRIBLE!! i ran a 10.43 ( i had 3 bad reaction times ..hehe) but i spun through first and second. I think I got a lil too excited and hit the gas too hard ....but i had fun. Next year w/ some better tires and me paying better attention to the tree ...I should have a better time.

This track had no track prep what so ever, and it was very cold surface. Basically they dried it off from the rain, and let us run.. thats it. Fastest time there in a boosted tC was 9.3.
