Default Round 2 at the Flashlight Drags 07: Vids Inside!

Hi everybody! Sunday was the second Flashlight Drag Race competition at Clarion County Airport. As usual, I have videos!
First I raced a 1.8T GTI with a huge front mount IC.

It was an easy win, but he wanted another chance, so I gave him the other lane....

Different lane, same result.
Then I raced a Z32 300 ZX

The video speaks for itself.
Then I raced a sweet Integra. I don't know if it's a GSR, Type R, or have any idea of what mods he has. Last month we were dead even, this time I drove poorly and got beat.

Then I raced my buddy Justin in his GSR Integra.

Then I raced a Gen 2 MR2

I don't have a video, but I raced my uncle in his Ford Fairlane 500. It makes great burnouts, but I beat him by about 3 car lengths.

Then came the Top Tuner Tournament. My video crew was gone by this point. I easily beat a B18 powered Civic coupe in the first round. Round 2 pitted me against my boy Dustin in his Nitrous injected Cougar. There was some technical difficulty (the spotlight flickered causing me to start to launch, then brake, then reset tach), this left me sitting at the light watching Dustin take me down easily. He was a true sport, offering me another shot at the finals, but the officials didn't allow it. It didn't matter though. I would have been stomped in the final race by my boy Travis in his E36 M3. Travis took the prize as top tuner.

The day was a lot of fun. Special thanks to my buds Gary and Mark for recording the races with my dig camera. I hope you enjoy the vids.

Good runs man. Is it where your friends are standing, the closest they can get to the track?

Yeah, it kinda sucks. It's a safety thing. Did you hear about the wreck in Ohio? Some meatwad (check it out Melissa!) tried hot ******* and ran a couple people over at drag races in Ohio. The spectators were a lot closer there.

^^umm..yeah, that can't be to good...

To bad they can't setup some removable walls along the track, as a means of protection. Then you guys could get closer to the action.

I'm wondering if this is a kid from my area, he had a red Integra, but recently sold it.

It had black rims after this picture.

No that's not it. This one has a type R spoiler, carbon fiber hood, and a lip ground effects kit. Great looking and running car.

Power mods: TRD Supercharger, 9 psi pulley, and Megan Racing OE-RS exhaust.
Glad you like the videos. Unfortunately, no times, just an 1/8th mile race to the finish.
