Which BPV are you using? If you're using a forge you'll see boost in the 3k RPMs if you're giving enough gas to start boosting. I tapped mine into the vac line where the throttle body is.

thats where i taped in for the gauge. when im crusing at like 75ish it still reads in the vac area. do i hit boost only if i really get on the gas hard?
i got a BPV from a member here like a year ago and forgot the name of it. i was told that it should hold up to 12 lbs.
maybe i should take it to a empty strip and get on it and see if it reads 9.5lbs or better.

It will read boost only when your into it. Otherwise you can keep in vaccum all the time.
