WR is a short Ram air with the filter in the engine compartment, the intake comes with plumbing to mount a tube inside the fender for a cai, but the filter remains under the hood. I have no problem with my set up. The header was the last thing i installed on the car and it provided great high end power...but along with it came the rasp. I don't like sounding like a bunch of anagry bumble bees trapped in a can!!

ive been doing research and askin around scionlife, it seems if u want something like a injen cai to run with a s/c u need a piggyback ecu! but if the WR intake gives u the same power without the hastle of a piggyback ecu thats a lot easier then

Yea it causes you to lean out a bit - I would tell someone to spend the $ and get one that is already made instead of making your own. If you want to use an eman and make your own ....make sure you make a brace that comes out where the filter is so the pipe isnt just hanging there

getting a s/c for an 05 is a pretty sweet deal due to the price drop. I do not think that the MMW header w/ the stock boost will be an issue

Get a hyperboost or a 007... I know the 110 will work fine but the other BPV's use a piston and work better plus you get the cool "tweet" shifting around 4-6K
