So wait - you had a boost problem w/o the catch can? If so - If you have the gates belt and 007 bpv you should have a perfect setup ..... My wild guess is that you are really hitting 9lbs but its just not reading it correctly

I know a guy who i think has the gauge you have and he hits 8lbs but on the dyno it was hitting 9 ....so you might be running into that situation

The way I know I am not hitting 9.5 psi is because when I was running the TurboXS BPV at 1 point I ran it atmoshperic and I did hit arounbd 9psi that way

Then put another spring in the 007 and see if that helps (but the yellow spring should be fine)

ok so u have a problem then because there is no way u need any washers when you are running only 9.5lbs .... that bpv is made to handle 20+psi

Alright here is what I think is happening...the line that comes off the Head is routed to catch can. ...that line is throwing oil to the catch can...but the other line that goes from catch can to s/c is taking oil of the catch can and sending it back to the sc inate track.... does that make sense?

^^
if it is just a big can and you have it next to the engine..then my guess is that it is simply passing through in gas form until it hits that cold intake....read my earlier response or the link i provided.

you could try moving the can forward in the bay, lengthening the hoses and stuffing some brillo in it for some make shift baffles.

So if you have the forge 007 and are running the 9.5lb pulley, you only need the yellow spring without any washers right? thanks.
