Alright so I took the belt off and spun the pulley by hand here is a video let me know what y'all think

Its still hard to tell if that is a sound that is supposed to be there or not. Since you have the belt off just take off the pulley side and check to make sure. Just need to remove the u bolt and 3 allen screws on the blower side of shaft cover. Then the 1 bolt on the block near pulley side of shaft cover, remove the wiring harness on top of the pulley housing, and remove the 2 bolts that hold the pulley housing bracket, i believe they are allen button head bolts. Once you do that you can take the u bracket and 3 allen bolts off pulley side and take a look the bearings.

PS, you need a 13mm 12 point socket to remove the bolt at the other end of the pulley. I believe you can pick this up in most auto parts stores.

Lol can't get tha Dam thing off keeps spinning I did get the stock one off before can't remember how lol

Put the pulley back on and screw it back into place, put the belt around the pulley and have someone hold it tight or put the belt in a vice to hold tight against the pulley. Then that 13 pt bolt will come off easy, especially if you can get your hands on an impact wrench either electric or pneumatic.

Dude I already converted it Back to n/a lol I'm doing it by myself butch to get the belt off and on the s/c is unhooked like was saying the other day about to start it up and see what happens

Then take off the shaft portion with the pulley still on it, and put the belt around the pulley and step on it with your foot. If you have an impact it should get the bolt loose, if your using a ratchet you may want to hit the end of the ratchet with a hammer and shock the bolt loose that way.

Ight got a electric impact gun at home not there till Monday so I'll take it apart then. Started the car it died lol but the. Restarted and it's idling around 1k very quiet to I got a n/a ecu coming if needed

It will run, just rich. N/a ecu won't really help you as you will still have bigger injectors in the car. Car runs better once you start moving and get the revs up a bit.

Yes when I first got it felt good now after boost no more feels dreadful my dads challenget gonna put 5 bus lengths on me now instead of 4 lmao

You might need to get your hands on a pulley puller, or i guess you could try to heat the pulley up and us a hammer. Pulley puller will be the easiest way, i think you can rent them from auto parts stores.

pictures are too dark to see anything, one more step left. Knock the shaft out, will need to put the housing on something that has a space in between for the bearings to be able to slide through. For example a couple 4x4 pieces of wood or something. Then hit the other side of the shaft with a hammer, everything will come out, slowly. You will need a big hammer.

Alittle confused on what to do lol. I got a big rubber malet

Watch the videos on my website, a rubber hammer won't do you any good. Need at least a 1 to 2 lb hammer. you need to hit the end of the shaft so that the other end will come out, you need to support the pulley housing but not block the bears because if your bearings are hitting your support then the shaft will never come out.
