lightweight pulleys shouldn't cause an issue, its changing the diameters of the other pulleys where you might negatively affect the spin of the supercharger pulley that you don't want.

Can we use any of the bearings that's on that web site, or any site that's the same size . Or is it just that ONE in the link.

The 6205 bearings have difference speed ratings, the ones i posted on grainger are at least 12,000 rpm. It also doesn't hurt to get bearings with contact-less seals to keep the friction down.

Did you use loc-tite 680 on the bearing housing? Could be bearings spinning in the housing.... Also, check your idler bearings, those go out often also.

Didn't use lock tite but I find it hard to believe that's what's causing it since it was doing it before and I don't think these bearings were ever replaced. The sound is coming from the pulley for sure idlers are quiet. The shaft looked perfect when apart and those bearings wouldn't move at all after I put them on they spun freely as well.

Like my machinest pointed out to me. If the outter race begins to spin in the housing long enough eventually it will cause damage to the bearing housing. This damage is significant because even though you replace your bearings there's still .0001 mm of slippage. The loctite that Gompka pointed out is a retaining compound used for holding metal to metal. It's super strong and super good. I use in on my S/C and everything is good.

I just hope its not something other than the S/C going bad on your tc, like the belt tensioner

It should wiggle if the bearings are bad.
