I doubt very much that his car will see 12's. Don't get me wrong, he has a lot of tuning done and has got great results from it. I respect what he has done and I'm sure his car will beat down a lot of F/I tC setups. But you guys are focused to much on peak whp numbers. The power curve is still very linear and making a lot of power very late. I believe Joe is running similar peak whp and running low 13's with more out of the midrange, not to mention a ton of torque at 4k rpms.

I know someone running a t-netics kit. Before he got the propure supporting mods for his turbo (bone stock except for the snail and un-tuned), we were running the same peak whp numbers and his car still pulled hard on me and ran about .7" faster in the 1/4 mile. This was back when I had the NST pulley and full exhaust. Even on the street at any speed he'd still pull away. Not saying 12's aren't possible by any means. I think he's going to need a little more power to get it done. If I hadn't blown up my blower I'd be heading in the same direction.

My best time was a 14.9, didn't have the best rubber on the wheels though.

theres something i cant understand theres a lot of guys on this site running very low 15s in the 1/4 with just I/H/E and a crank pulley that more or less gets u 160-165 WHP i havent seen any stock SC tc making about 190 WHP run mid 14s or it has happened and i havent seen it

That is very doable with some practice and good driving skills.

A lot of it is driving, it was my first time down at the track and that was a while ago. The second thing to consider is the big psi from the blower comes on late and like I said before, the power is near upped end of the tachometer.

you could have more then 300 +whp on sc or a tc it would still not matter just cause you have that power.. it comes down to driver and what stays on the ground not just meaning rubber its everything to the spec... its both the car and driver.. cause i have a buddy that has a sti done some work into it it suppose to run mid low 12s and he only gets 13s... ex.. like me i could only get down to low 10.1 on a 1/8th mile and when i raced it was just a draxas back exhaust... and i know im not the best driver... some1 told me with that i would be in the mid 14s or high 14s could be.. but the youll deff.. need more hp to get lower #S or lighten that body.. and for icenine he has 311whp i say he can hit high 12s or low 13s.. aslong he can drive the car and keep that hp to the ground

Most of the tracks closed in the north east around this time of year. I think he is waiting for the warm weather. I agree there is not to many aftermarket for the supercharger. They should have more parts for it by now. the supercharger has been out for over a year now.

With my 1/8th time I should see a very low 14's in the 1/4 mile, and him with about 80whp more... I don't think it's too far out of question.
