he very well could. i bought a 12psi pulley and while tuning, the MAP was reading 13.5 psi. however, mine was a custom pulley (at the time) and the 9.5 is a mass produced pulley. it'll probably be less likely that it will be more than 9.5, if it is, probably not by much. so hopefully his gauge will give accurate readings so we can all know for sure. a MAP reading would tell us for sure.

6250 is the start of redline. but it can be pushed with ems.

temperature can be a factor as well. it was 82 degrees at the time.

thats right...im pritty much stock, and on a hot humid day, i might see 6.5 psi, but in the winter time when its nice and cool/crisp, i can hit up to 8 psi. all on the stock pulley.
