I have say that I am sorry. This is not the first time you ask and I forgot to answer the other time...
I did tried it and works. The 2 step rev limit activates at the rpm's it is supposed to and retards the amount that you want. I have to check how the vehicle speed parameter reads and works on the e-Manage Ultimate because the only problem I found was that it was ON all the time meaning it is not turning off ater the car begins to move as the 2-step system should.

you think raising the REV with stock heads is a Risc?
The risk in not to raise it by itself: the problem is the new rev limit you put to the engine. CATASTROPHIC FAILURE CAN, AND WILL HAPPEN if you rev higher than what the stock springs can handle. The limit of the stock springs is unknown to me at this time. All I can tell you is that in ScionGT35R's car I raised the rev limit to 6,600 rpm's on the stock engine pushing 356HP and it worked for close to a year like that without problems.

It has a base to hold it from slipping but nothing is holding it down for the moment!. There has been some discussions of the placement of the battery and it will be moved to the back of the car and the new oil catch can will be installed in its place .
