very nice! but i wouldnt want to be in that car in a frontal accident, no bumper, at all!

Yeah, he's still on the same manifold and turbo. We tried to retain as much of the old kit as possible, for the sake of cost.. We fixed a lot of very problems, and as you can see in the pictures, we're now proud enough to put our name on it.

I would say a lot....between the money he paid Scion Speed to screw it up....then ship it to us and then us fix it ...I am not sure what his total bill is all togther but it is easily 10k+

Now onto the bumper comment, it would have very very little to do if you survived a crash or not, it is mainly there to prevent more damage to the front of the car for minor impacts. Of course during some types of crashes it would transfer the load to both sides or from one side to the other depending on the angle, etc, so it would help but again, you would survive and probably not much different injury wise if any at all.

If you get into a big enough crash to be life threatening, it would make little difference either way if there or not, you do have air bags I assume?

That said I prefer to leave mine intact for structural integrity but part of that is because I remove all airbags (contrary to what you may chose to believe, I have valid reasons for doing so and some of them are for my safety;)

If any of this sounds conflicting, not really if I spelled it all out but it would take longer than I care to sit here typing about it
