Ok, but think of it this way. I don't know anyone to install the kit, get past emissions, or save my ___ when I get pulled over for some regular crap and get busted.

Money is not the reason I am going for it. Its about reliability and being legal to me. I drive this car as my work car currently so ... it can't be down for any reason.

to put the kit on its not that hard can you turn a wrench? if so thats all you need to know pretty basic you know its not rocket science you know and you could pass emissions with it its all in the tune keep your stock exhaust

Really? I have heard the opposite.

As far as turning a wrench yes, I am confident I would be able to do most of it myself. I did an install on a D16 Civic with a friend without too much trouble.

then you can bolt on a turbo kit the hard part will be the oilpan thats about it i mean you get a plug and play harness

well, in vegs, no CEL = pass emmisions...but I have a TT kit, not dezod. plus. laws in NY are different.
if you wanna stay legal, go SC.

iam in a huge debate over s/c and turbo

like wth happens if the cop tells u to open the hood? i would have to go back to stock and put all the stock stuff back on rite?
