good idea but using dartons replacment sleeves can be had for 120 bucks for a single and you can do the install your self on great thing about dartons mid install kits thats what i run

another point our motors stock dont have sleeves they have piston liners they are about 1.5 mill thick and fragile you can stop on it and bend it most aftermarket sleeves including darton you cut out all the aluminum in the cilinder wall and replace it with the ductile iron so you go from 1.5 mill to about 10 mill

yes the sleeves can handle the bigger bore for N/A but not the boost. the problem is at 92mm the piston bores are getting too close to each other. At that point is where the sleeve is the weakest. there is a maximum bore for turbo motor, any sleeve manufacture can tell you what it will be if you give them a block to do measurement on.

90mm is the most you can go under boost to be safe and thats on aftermarket sleeves ask erl or darton or anyone thats the top lol
and rhythem my build is close waiting on some other things block is done lets say its sexy got alot of goodies done to it upped oil flow passages to squirters and stuff still waiting on cams and what intake mani will make it to the market first till the motor goes in with the cams im leaving stock ones in going to tune it throw in the stage2s see how much more power i make at the same psi

.. i have a built auto tranny from LevelTen.. its good for 350-400whp. with perfect shifts but like i said if i dont sleeve will i run into problems?
ya im using ACL bearings, K1 Rods, CP pistons, Cometic gasket and ARP studs.. then my shop said there gonna get a new head and put stainless valves in aswell for me. Im def breaking it in all motor tho.. i wouldnt want to make a mistake and enter boost lol.
