Default Sleeve or no sleeve

So today is the last day before my motor is put together and i cant decide wheter to drop the money and sleeve my block!

Its not so much sleeving its wheter i wanna go to that much hp..

As many know i currently make 362 whp now!

On a built motor i have no problem making 450-500 stock sleves
---------------------------

But im debating whether i should go all out and go for the 700-750 WHP mark?
